JGR were awarded both the mechanical and electrical elements of the project to fit out a new building in Bournemouth oxford point, for Regus Served office Spaces, the scope to create a variety of individual office spaces with both permanent and hot desk functions as well as business lounges & meeting rooms.

Working through ISG as the main contractor on what was a challenging scheme which was completed to the usual highest of standards and handed over to the client on time.
