Royal Courts of Justice

JGR were awarded the removal and replacement of Air Handling plant located within the narrow and restricted basements of the Royal Courts of Justice in London.

The Air Handling Plant was in excess of 30 years old, with the works having to be delivered with a high level of customer focus due to the sensitivity of the building.

Existing systems had to be maintained with narrow below ground tunnel systems being navigated to facilitate the replacement with Zero impact to the daily business requirements of the Courts.

A UK based air handling plant manufacturer was employed to work closely with JGR to ensure smooth delivery that was achieved without impact to the building, its daily operation and in addition out of site to the public eye.

  • Dismantle and remove existing AHU plant and associated services.
  • Strip
  • deliver and assemble in situ New Air Handling plant.
  • Modify
  • upgrade and integrate new Plant into Trend BMS systems.
